Lately I have been learning more and more about EMF’s (electromagnetic frequency/radiation) and its crazy the effects it can have on you. I am feeling called to share this with everyone so they can be more aware of the potential dangers of it. EMF's are emitted from our cell phones, smart devices, wifi routers, computers etc..
We are all so attached to our smart phones, bluetooth, smart electronics, Alexa, Google play and of course those lovely smart meters that are being installed in homes now. We are being blasted non stop by these frequencies and its no wonder people are having sleep issues, weight gain, hormone issues, cancer, diabetes, ADD, ADHD, leaky gut, anxiety, brain fog and the list goes on and on. And now with this 5G rolling out and already here in Los Angeles and other large cities we need to be more informed. 5G is about faster internet and for this to happen the 5G towers are going to be much closer together meaning a lot more towers and radiation from these towers😬
It may not be possible to avoid using electricity and devices that generate EMFs, but it is possible to reduce EMF exposure. This is particularly important in the bedrooms or when sleeping. We can reduce EMF exposure by:
•Keep appliances and devices off, or on airplane mode as much as possible
•Hard wire internet connections, rather than using WiFi
•If WiFi use is necessary, only turn it on when in use and turn off the WiFi router at night ( I just unplug it when not in use)
•Hard wire computer peripherals rather than using wireless or bluetooth connections
•Keep electronic devices, i.e. cell phones, tablets, and computers away from your body. This includes using head phones to make calls instead of placing the phones near your ear to speak
•Sleep away from circuit breakers or large appliances that run overnight, including if the appliance is on the other side of the wall
•Use protection tools such as Blushield EMF protection
•Filter out dirty electricity using dirty electricity filters-
•Shungite crystals are known to help give protection against EMFs
I feel a huge difference in my sleep just by unplugging everything in my room, unplugging WiFi and phone in airplane mode and of course having my Shungite crystals around!
