I work with women 40+ who appear healthy on the outside but feel chronically depleted, inflamed, or out of balance. Many are told their labs are “normal,” yet they’re struggling with fatigue, brain fog, digestive changes, poor sleep, or lingering thyroid and immune patterns that never fully resolve.
My work goes beyond symptom management. I use functional lab analysis, structural support, targeted nutrition, and foundational nervous system regulation to identify where systems are under strain and create a clear, structured plan to rebuild resilience.

This work is personal to me. I’ve witnessed the impact of chronic disease and lifestyle-related illness in my own family, losing people I love far too early. Those experiences shaped my conviction that health isn’t something we delay or outsource, it’s something we build intentionally, day by day.
