    Stretch it out

    Picture
Did you know that stretching is just as important as exercise? I admit on occasion, I have skipped this important part after my workout when I was in a time crunch The importance of stretching is huge, not only for the body but also the mind as it reduces stress.

    Some benefits of stretching:
    improves range of motion
    decrease back pain
    improves posture
    prevents injuries
    increases flexibility
increases blood and nutrient supply to muscles thereby possibly reducing muscle soreness
    ...
Did you know that muscles and joints weaken and range of movement deteriorates as we age but with regular stretching that doesn’t have to happen
I am all about anti aging and I’m doing anything I can to stop the process!

    Chlorophyll benefits

    Image description
    What is Chlorophyll?
Chlorophyll is the most important constituent of plants. It allows plants to absorb light from the sun and convert it into energy. It possesses an amazing range of benefits and is readily available to everyone..

It is a great detoxifier because it prompts the production of liver enzymes that aid the body’s natural elimination process. These enzymes bind to unwanted materials in the liver and transport them safely out of the body.

The easiest way to take it is to add it to water. Mine is mint flavored and tastes good. Don’t let the color scare you!

Here are some benefits of taking chlorophyll:

    Helps control hunger
    Aids in weight loss
    Controls body oder
    Promotes cleansing
    Super potent antioxident
    Effective against candida albicans
    Relieves systemic redness and swelling
    Promotes healthy iron levels
Promotes the production of red blood cells
    The components are anti inflammatory

    Get your sunlight on

    Picture
My happy place😀 love to chill by the pool listening to inspirational podcasts and getting some vitamin D! I can really feel the difference in my energy and mood I get outside 😎☀️I always feel better after being outside for a bit and now I know why!

Did you know that when light enters the eyes it stimulates the photoreceptors of the retina.👀 Part of this light goes through a special pathway which stimulates the hypothalamus (the master gland of the body) this sends signals to the pineal and pituitary glands which helps us balance our circadian rhythms. (our wake and sleep cycles) This is why people develop SAD in the winter! ...
Light stimulation is needed to help improve retinal health, increase tear production, reduce ocular inflammation, and improve neurological health. 🌞

Who knew?? I love learning new things about the body! Happy Sunday😀
